Flood Help For May 19

Save Family Photos from the Flood
Joyce Shepard is now working on saving family photos found in the damaged homes of our members.  You can help her by picking some photos up from her home, or joining her restoration work in her garage.  She will be working this week Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Call Joyce at 498-9681 or e-mail her at pjshepard@comcast.net

UDPDATED:
Help on SATURDAY at 10 AM at 7556 Rolling River Parkway, 37221
We had to do a bit more demolition, taking out the trim around the doors and windows to get the bits of dry wall and insulation behind them. Turned out to be a bigger mess than I expected.  We need help to load and unload a uhaul truck with our stuff going to storage and a crew to do clean up. Neither job should take very long. I think we could be done in a couple hours with enough hands. We got a big truck so we should be able to get everything in one load, but I could use some muscle getting the beds and other furniture down the stairs and out the door. For clean up, there's some molding, dry wall, and insulation to drag out, but not a lot. I would love to get help pulling nails from the studs and floors and then sweeping and vacuuming.
